Well, I surfed over to read and respond to another blog post, and in the course of creating what I thought was a simple registration name (for purposes of signing my response) I inadvertently became a member of the community -- Well done, Blogger.com!!

I will endeavor to keep this up as time goes by. If all goes as planned, it will be an interesting place to visit and chat about endless topics!
